Main features
The production construction:to extrude and compound the paper plastic Al six-layer in one-time process.Extrusion of A layer/paper base material/extrusion of B layer/interlayer Al material/extrusion of C&D layer higher performance,lower cost,disposable compound milk,aseptic paper plastic Al high barrier packing material production line for beverage.
Extruder:90mm 3 UNITS and 65mm 1 UNIT Extruder with high performance(powerde by japanese technology),of which 90mm 3 UNIT and 65mm 1 unit Extruders and high-precision multi-layer extrusion distributor(powerde by ltaly technology)are formed co-extrusion device.
Die head:imported genuine die hdeads with high precision and full sealing from Taiwan, italy and japan.
Control method:imported PLC with high precision,man-machine interface action and integral machine running.
Frequency converter:imported digital vector control
Tension control:rolling and reeling full automatic constant and tensile force control |
